By using Safe2Go you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and DNEXTWELT UG.

1. About Safe2Go

Safe2Go is a journey planning and travel assistance service operated by:

Safe2Go provides multi-modal route planning, real-time journey tracking, AI travel assistance, and related travel services via web and mobile applications.

You may sign in using your Google account. By doing so, you authorise us to access your name, email address, and profile picture as provided by Google.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us. We will process the request within 30 days.

If you experience a technical error that incorrectly deducted credits, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and restore credits where appropriate. EU consumers retain statutory cancellation rights for digital services purchased online.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mannheim, Germany, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence give you additional rights.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
